i have just bought a house in small town, but in my total do not know eyes, it sseems wrong that water pipes are laid across lawn to get water connected to a outbuilding ? Is this allowed and where do i get specification for installing this waterpipes and drains etc … is’t supposed to be burried undergroud up to the outbuildings?
The same problem with electricity also to these outbuilding. What is the
specifications on both these problems. thanking you for your suppoet

I recently viewed a apartment and require the following guidance, against the Nat. Build. Regs.
Is it a SABS / nation building requirement to grout in pressed steel door frames ?
Hollow core doors that are cut down, are to be inserted with the infill bottom Batton after cutting down ?
What is the reasonable floor slope/ tolerance for a floor with fall over a 3m patio/ balcony with drainage in 1 corner?
