I am a Certified personal fitness trainer in the Johannesburg, Gauteng. I have over 10 years experience in this industry and am still actively involved with my own physical training routine and would like to help you with yours.
I qualified in 2004 through HFPA - They offer some of the best Personal Trainer Courses in South Africa and continued education. I Highly recommend them if you consider becoming a professional yourself!

I hate to break this to you, but if you are going to spend that amount of time in the gym per day I wouldn’t train you!

I began at virgin active because they are an established brand, well recognized, maintained and managed. Through my career I have been apart of numerous gyms, be it private or more public. Machines are always a good idea , but there is so much we can do without it. I can help you focus on all different components regardless, let me explain: aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (resistance based) exercise modes. Tubing, stability and body weight training is just as effective and in some instances even more suitable for you if you are looking to achieve general toning and fitness which is a common goal for the average person.

This is the process to go through before you can start any personal sessions with me…
- The Consultation
This is A 30 minute discussion between me and you; I gather as much information as possible with regards to your current routine. With this I mean… How much weight, cardiovascular and flexibility training you are currently doing, I need to establish if there is a balance between these different components, we also need to talk about your target areas and why your own efforts are not working for you, further more what changes are necessary to trigger some results.
- We Discuss Prices And Packages
My packages accommodate anyone on a tight budget
15 minute flexibility sessions = 90per session
30 minute training sessions = R180 per session
45 minute training sessions = R220 per session
60 minute training sessions = R250 per session
- We Sign A Personal Trainer And Client Agreement
This is a one page document outlining the terms and conditions of my business, this consists of cancellation notices on both parties, satisfaction guarantee, expiration, etc. In any business that delivers a personal service of some kind, agreements like this are required. I choose to be professional and outline everything that can cause contradiction between us. I wish to make your experience with me as fulfilling as possible and show complete competency toward my promise.
- We Appoint Training Times Through Out The Week
I like to book about a week in advance, setting the exact times and dates to meet for the appointment sessions. On commencement of your training I will give you the option of taking an assessment. The first one will be free of charge, the re-assessment will be taken exactly one month after the first one and will only be taken if I believe your effort levels where high enough for positive results. re-assessments are all R220. If you train consistently and see me at least three times a week whereby you put in the effort to actually sweat quite a bit, well then this will prove to me that you are dedicated and serious, and deserve another assessment. I might just give you a discount if you work hard enough!
